2. Answer questions. To answer a question click on the discussion tab. You are also free to leave comments to other people's responses, but you will not be paid for those. To earn the most you will want to answer each question with as much detail as possible. Make sure you have at least 3 to 4 sentences in your answer. It also helps to use key words or words that were used in the question within your response.

3. Add images. Mylot pays for images. Any images you would like to use. You may add images to your question and to your answers. This alone can double your potential earnings. I submitted the same Wiggles picture with several of my questions and answers and earned each time.

4. Your interests. It is worth your time to click on "My Interests" and fill them out. Whenever you submit a question through one of your interest categories Mylot pays you extra. It will take some time to set up, but it is a step that pays off big in the end.

5. Referrals. Possibly one of the quickest ways to multiply your income is by referring others to Mylot. Mylot pays you 25% of what your referral is earning. (CNNMéxico) — Tras la muerte del presidente Hugo Chávez, el vicepresidente Nicolás Maduro asumirá la presidencia interina de Venezuela, informó el canciller Elías Jaua.

Según la Constitución venezolana en caso de “falta absoluta” del presidente quien debe asumir el cargo debe ser el presidente de la Asamblea Nacional, en este caso, Diosdado Cabello.

Sin embargo, cuando la falta absoluta ocurre después de que el primer mandatario ha juramentado y no han transcurrido los primeros cuatro años de su sexenio, la Constitución venezolana señala que es el vicepresidente ejecutivo quien se debe encargar de la presidencia.

La situación legal en Venezuela tras la muerte de Chávez luce poco clara, debido a que el líder bolivariano estuvo impedido por su enfermedad para tomar posesión formal del cargo, pero el Tribunal Supremo consideró el acto un mero “formalismo” y determinó que las funciones del Ejecutivo continuaban con base en el principio de “continuidad administrativa”.

En ambos casos, la Constitución ordena la realización de “una nueva elección universal, directa y secreta dentro de los treinta días consecutivos siguientes” a la falta absoluta. De acuerdo con esta normativa, las autoridades venezolanas tienen hasta el próximo 4 de abril para convocar a elecciones.

Hugo Chávez murió la tarde de este martes a los 58 años, después de casi dos años de luchar contra el cáncer.

El 9 de diciembre pasado, en medio de su lucha contra la enfermedad, el mandatario designó a Nicolás Maduro como su sucesor político en caso de que faltara.

“Nicolás Maduro no solo en esta situación de concluir como manda la constitución el periodo, sino que mi opinión firme, plena como la Luna llena, irrevocable absoluta, total, es que en ese escenario que obligaría a convocar elecciones presidenciales ustedes elijan a Nicolás Maduro como presidente”, dijo Chávez en cadena nacional.

Hugo Chávez nombró vicepresidente ejecutivo a Nicolás Maduro —un exconductor de autobuses que fungió como canciller en el periodo previo—el 11 de octubre, días después de ganar la reelección.

Por el lado opositor, la atención sobre un candidato se centra en el gobernador del estado de Miranda, Henrique Capriles Radonski, quien disputó la presidencia a Chávez en la jornada electoral del 7 de octubre pasado.

Mexico gas blasts kills 37............... :(

Mexico's federal Health Department said Friday night that a statement it issued earlier in the day listing a death of a person injured by last week's explosion at the headquarters of the country's state-owned oil company did not mean the disaster's death toll had risen from 37.

The earlier statement by the agency listed a lone fatality, appearing to indicate a rise to 38 deaths.

But the department clarified later on its Twitter account that the death included in the report represented a victim who had died Monday and had been included in the death count released previously. It gave no reason for the confusion.

The report said 19 people remain hospitalized, two of them in critical condition. The Jan. 31 blast at one of the buildings at the Petroleos Mexicanos headquarters complex in Mexico City also injured 120 people.

Executives at Pemex have said a water-heating system may have leaked methane gas into a tunnel beneath the headquarters for more than seven months. They say the blast could have been set off by a maintenance crew's improvised lighting system.

Here are the ingredients you'll need:

• 16 ounces of refried beans
• 1 1/4 ounces of taco seasoning (the hotter the better)
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 8 ounces guacamole
• 1 cup shredded cheese (they make the Mexican blend for reasons like this, but you can do whatever you want. It's your cheese.)
• 1 cup salsa (once again, the hotter the better)
• 4 ounces of diced green chilies (can find these in a can)
• 1/3 cup sliced green onion
• A couple of big bags of tortilla chips

This is what you do. It's fool-proof, trust me:

1. In a bowl, combine the beans and taco seasoning. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of an 8-inch pan/serving dish.
2. Layer on top, evenly, in this order: Sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, salsa, chilies and finish with the green onions.
3. Eat with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons lard
• 1/2 onion, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
• 2 poblano peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
• 2 Anaheim peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
• 4 cups chicken broth
•  
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 4 dried guajillo chiles, stemmed and seeded
• 2 dried ancho chiles, stemmed and seeded
• 1 corn tortilla, cut into 1-inch strips
• 4 tomatoes, cut in half crosswise
• 3 tomatillos, cut in half crosswise
• 2 tablespoons lard
• 1/2 onion, sliced
• 5 cloves garlic, sliced
• 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
• 2 cups chicken broth
• salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon white sugar, or more to taste
• 3 ounces dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 12 corn tortillas
• 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco

Directions

1. Melt 2 tablespoons lard in a stockpot. Stir in 1/2 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, poblano peppers, and Anaheim peppers; cook and stir until onions are soft, 5 to 8 minutes. Add chicken thighs and 4 cups chicken broth, cover, and simmer until reduced, about 40 minutes.
2. Heat 2 cups chicken broth in a saucepan until it begins to simmer, about 5 minutes. Pour broth into a blender.
3. Toast guajillo chiles and ancho chiles in a dry skillet on medium-high heat until hot and aromatic, 3 to 4 minutes. Place toasted chiles and tortilla strips in the blender with the hot broth. Press them down so they are fully submerged and soak until softened, about 10 minutes. Blend the chile and tortilla mixture until smooth.
4. Cook tomatoes and tomatillos in a dry skillet on medium-high heat until soft and blackened, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
5. Melt 2 tablespoons lard in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 sliced onion, 5 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons cumin seeds; cook and stir until onions are soft and golden, 5 to 8 minutes. Add onion mixture to the blender with the chile mixture and blend until smooth.
6. Pour chile puree into a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 2 cups chicken broth, salt, sugar, and chocolate. Bring mixture to a simmer; cook and stir until chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes.
7. Toast tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden and soft, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Fill each tortilla with 1/3 cup chicken mixture. Roll and place seam side down on a plate. Continue with remaining tortillas, 3 per plate. Top each trio of tortillas with 1/3 cup mole sauce, 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, and 1 to 2 tablespoons queso fresco.

Ingredients

• 1 (15 ounce) can yellow corn, drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can white corn, drained
• 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 bunch finely chopped cilantro
• 5 green onions, finely sliced
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil, or to taste

Directions

1. Stir the yellow and white corn, black beans, tomatoes, cilantro, green onion, red onion, bell pepper, and garlic in a large bowl. Gently mix in the lime juice and avocado. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
